Founded in 2010 by a group of Somali women professionals, Help Action Network (HAN) is dedicated to uplifting Somalia’s most vulnerable communities. The organization focuses on key areas such as education, healthcare, gender-based violence prevention, food security, and environmental sustainability. HAN has become a trusted partner in both humanitarian and development sectors, recognized for its impactful work in communities in need.
Mission
HAN is committed to improving the quality of life for communities in need by providing holistic support in key areas such as education, health, protection, gender-based violence prevention, nutrition, WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene), food security, peace-building initiatives, and environmental sustainability.

- Endowment Fund: Establish a fund to generate sustainable income for core
programs. - Social Enterprise Ventures: Develop income-generating projects, including solar
energy and sustainable agriculture initiatives. - Corporate Partnerships: Foster relationships with businesses to support initiatives

Community Ownership and Local Empowerment
